The theme of the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in 2013 was Resilient Dynamism. As we live now in a globalized world and as our economies, environments, virtual/physical communities are inextricably linked to one another; forums like Davos become essential meetings points for understanding global trends and keeping a pulse on global business exchange. There are now so many reports, issues, blogs that blossom out of WEF sessions and side events that spending a few hours on their Forum site delivers high value. This year, Eiko was keen to follow the discussions on development, social enterprise, and innovation in emerging economies, especially Asia and the Middle East. We found our tribe among those dedicated to finding novel, creative ways to stimulate positive, hopeful, authentic dialogue among people and cultures.
