Eikosphere’s Catherine Cunningham and Chris Traub attended the World Energy Forum 2012 and the Forbes Corporate Forum, respectively in Dubai this autumn. As Heads of State, Ministers and Industry leaders gathered at the International Convention and Exhibition Center; business leaders discussed issues of sustainable innovation at the Madanat.

The Forum is under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice- President, Prime Minister the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. In his opening statement on behalf of the UAE, Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy ruler of Dubai, welcomed the UAE guests and thanked them for accepting the invitation to participate in this global event. The three-day event is held to boost the international cooperation and exchange of expertise to ensure safe and clean sustainable energy, which would achieve economic and social welfare for the people.
