Over 100 events took place in New York during the UN Summit, and more than 300,000 people participated in the peaceful and productive Climate March starting in Central Park, NYC. Catherine marched with her friends, Laura Seydel and Christina Stevens, who just published her new book, Love Following, the Climate Group, Carbon Disclosure project, and other partners launched the Climate Week with an extraordinarily well organized and orchestrated program with leading speakers, including John Kerry, Tim Cook, Bank Ki Moon, Dr. Kim, Christiana Figueres, and other global leaders who are at the forefront of the UN Climate negotiations and working hard to align national interests for a successful outcome at the UN COP 21 in Paris, France 2015.
