Since 2007, Catherine has led Eikosphere.LLC – delivering development strategies, communications, interactive media, photography galleries, and short films on social, environmental issues for world leaders in business and government committed to the UN Global Goals. She launched in 2015 a new lifestyle brand called Natural Intelligence to promote the human+nature connection and healthy living. She is now producing Spotlight Films with Natural Intelligence Media for global clients starting in 2016-2017. Catherine has travelled, wrote, photographed in 67 countries; interviewed 100’s of thought leaders on Global Change for Eikosphere’s creative, strategic, media projects and Nature’s Reflection Photography (since 2004). In 2015, she refreshed Nature’s Reflection Photography Gallery, re-launching a Limited Edition of 200 Images with Fine Art Imaging. She taught masters courses in sustainability and corporate communications at Arizona State University as well, Environmental Science and Global Sustainability at Chapman University. Catherine earned a PhD in Ecology; studying climate impacts on mountains at ETHZ, Switzerland. Before ETHZ she taught biology, ecology, environmental science at Denver State College and worked as an Ecologist for Boulder, Colorado. She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology and International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame and an MS from Utah State in Ecology.

Doug Miller is the founder/principal of Stonebridge Global, implementing international sales and distribution strategies for clients within the media sector.  Stonebridge has provided timely, practical, and real-world tested, business-first, solutions and advice to a diverse group of media clients including Tornante/Vuguru (Ex-Chairman/CEO of Disney Michael Eisner’s media companies), FabTV, Grammaropolis, DV Labs, Ave K Advertising, Croton Media (China), Cognizant Media,, Stan Lee’s World of Heroes and numerous other content producers, technology platforms and media start-ups. He was on the launch team of Tornante’s digital production company, Vuguru, and continues to represent both traditional and digital content owners/producers globally.Doug was also selected by the Television Academy to be a 2016 International Emmy Judge. Mr. Miller has over 30 years of diversified, traditional, digital and international expertise within the media (brands, content licensing, sales strategy, acquisitions, etc.) sector and has led businesses generating over US$1 billion in annual revenues.As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Walt Disney International, Asia Pacific, Doug led the company’s Asian business and the strategic entry into India, ASEAN and China. Prior to Hong Kong, he was the SVP/GM of Disney’s London based Europe/Middle East/Africa Television Distribution and was an integral part of the US based Disney-ABC Cable Networks team in Los Angeles.

Before CXCatalysts, Ms. Mateo managed PricewaterhouseCoopers Global CEO’s strategic relations.With over two decades of restructuring, turnaround and start-up experience advising leaders of Fortune 500 and emerging companies across several industries in dozens of countries, Ms. Mateo brings creative solutions and strong networks to deliver desired outcomes. Ms. Mateo also launched Gralni Group, a real estate venture; IncentOne, a technology company; and Colorworx, an innovator in novelty underwear. Ms. Mateo sits on the advisory boards of the Joint US China Collaboration on Clean Energy (JUCCCE); US General Services Administration (GSA) Greening the Federal Government; the Global Summit of Women. Contributions include: How Women and Young People Can Accelerate Sustainable Development, Vision 2050, Business New Agenda (WBCSD February 2010) and The Roadmap to 2020 Fueling the Growth of Women’s Enterprise Development. Ged Davis is the Chair of the World Energy Council’s Scenarios Group, the President and CEO of Forescene S.A., and has led a large number of future-oriented, global-scale projects during his career. He is experienced in global business, energy and sustainability, dealing with all regions of the world over the last 40 years, managing large teams, coordinating world-wide networks and designing and implementing large events, like the World Economic Forum. He is particularly knowledgeable on energy matters and has been a pioneer in applying sustainability concepts to the energy business and developing the use of global scenarios. Ged was Co-President of the Global Energy Assessment Council, which governed a network of some 300 energy researchers and 200 reviewers. He was a Managing Director of the World Economic Forum from 2003 to 2007 and conceived, developed and successfully implemented a world class Strategic Insights program to underpin the Forum’s partnership activities. He was Vice President of Global Business Environment at Shell International from 1999 to 2003, and head of Shell’s scenario planning team. He holds a first class degree in mining engineering from Imperial College, London, and postgraduate degrees in economics and engineering from the London School of Economics and Stanford University.

David Friedman is President of C2 Media Advisor and was the Executive Vice President & Deputy General Counsel to Lionsgate, before moving over to New Regency, where his primary responsibility in legal matters concerned financings, credit facilities, and tax and corporate transactions and oversight responsibility for feature film development and production, marketing, merchandising and trademark legal affairs. Continuing supervision of legal matters, including litigation, involving Summit Entertainment. He came to Lionsgate from Summit Entertainment, where he served for 5 years in feature film development and production activities, talent deals and project acquisitions, to financing transactions, distribution structuring, licensing and output agreements, to marketing, merchandising and trademarks, anti-piracy, litigation, internet and website issues and projects, to general corporate, Board of Directors, credit facility, co-financing and administrative matters. Prior to Summit, he was the Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Paramount Pictures. For nearly 12 years, David was involved in significant business transactions, acquisitions; and dealt with international, corporate, multi-departmental, and licensing transactions; including liaison with Viacom.

John Zabel is motion picture accounting, finance & distribution specialist and the CEO of Media Finance Structures, LLC ( Zabel, a nationally recognized CPA with over 30 years of senior financial executive experience in both the major studio environment (Columbia Pictures/Sony Pictures Entertainment) and the independent financing and production environment (Peter Guber’s Mandalay Entertainment), is also a key resource to most major Entertainment Industry lenders, providing targeted compliance services on many of the top independent production companies. Zabel has worked for some of the legendary names in the film business and was one of the original members of the FASB #53 Task Force, whose work ultimately changed the way films and television shows are accounted for today. He is a recognized expert for litigation and speaking/publishing projects and will provide financial guidance to the organization.
